The BBQ Blog chronicles our adventures in search of the perfect all-natural BBQ.
How was your Fourth of July weekend? It was rainy here - I went to the baseball game and got soaked. I am going to break up the food I cooked for the weekend into separate posts. Labels: fatty, Fourth of July
First off, to get started I smoked a non stuffed fatty.
Then I sliced it,
covered it with aged cheddar and
then popped it under the broiler for a couple seconds to bubble the cheese.
Yummy.
Next up were Smo-Fried Buffalo Chicken Wings.

Ok, what the heck is it? Sausage??
Yes - it a roll of breakfast sausage. Normally I would stuff it with peppers and cream cheese, but I didn't have time that morning. Don't worry, now that I know I will make some out on the playa for you.

Man oh man does that look good. I had almost thought that was a ham of some kind, the picture up top monumentalizes it. Good stuff!
