Grilling Spot: Pelton Pond Picnic Area 
I found a great spot for grilling at Fahnestock State Park: Pelton Pond Picnic Area. There are some great grills built into this area next to picnic tables and a beautiful pond. There are also great fire pits all around this spot. Labels: Grilling Spot, parks

NYC Designated BBQ Areas
Now that it is National BBQ Month some of my fellow New Yorkers may want to get their grill on. If so you should be aware that you are not allowed to grill in just any park in the "5 boros". Labels: bbq, grill, New York City, parks
